According to forecasts, rain will likely continue through Monday, with increased cloud cover across Dubai, Fujairah, and nearby areas. Precipitation is expected to last until at least 8 PM today, making outdoor activities a bit tricky over the long weekend.

High Humidity and Rising Temperatures

Sharjah currently records a temperature of 34°C, while Dubai is slightly cooler at 33°C. However, humidity levels are soaring at nearly 90%, making it feel closer to 41°C. It’s definitely sticky and uncomfortable, especially during peak afternoon hours.

Looking ahead to Sunday, June 8, the UAE can expect fair to partly cloudy skies, with convective cloud formation likely in the eastern and northern regions. Scattered rainfall is possible, along with a gradual increase in temperatures throughout the day.
