Dubai’s largest public parking provider, Parkin, has announced the launch of a brand-new 24/7 paid parking zone in Al Khail Gate. The zone is called Zone 365N, and it operates all day, every day — including Sundays.

Zone 365N offers both daily and hourly rates. The daily rate is AED 30. For those parking by the hour, here’s a detailed breakdown:

Hourly Charges During Peak & Off-Peak Hours:

• 1 hour: AED 4

• 2 hours: AED 8

• 3 hours: AED 10

• 4 hours: AED 12

• 5 hours: AED 14

• 6 hours: AED 16

• 7 hours: AED 18

• 8 hours: AED 20

• 9 hours: AED 22

• 24 hours: AED 30

Notably, the charges remain the same during both peak and off-peak hours for this zone.

Parkin’s Expansion Across Dubai!

Earlier this year, Parkin introduced two new paid parking zones in Mirdif. Unlike Zone 365N, those areas offer free parking on Sundays and public holidays. These zones use variable pricing, meaning charges differ depending on the time of day — peak or off-peak.

Strong Financial Growth for Parkin!

With the addition of over 10,000 new parking spaces, Parkin reported a record AED 273.3 million in revenue for Q1 2025 — a 27% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This figure does not yet reflect the revenue impact from newly introduced variable pricing and fee hikes in premium zones.
