flydubai to Resume Full Flight Schedule from July 1.
Dubai-based airline flydubai has announced the resumption of its full flight schedule across its network starting July 1, 2025. This decision follows the reopening of regional airspace and the lifting of flight restrictions that had impacted several routes.
Ahead of the full restoration, flydubai will restart operations to the Syrian capital, Damascus, from June 26, 2025. These flights will operate daily from Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport (DXB), offering passengers more connectivity and travel options in the region.
“This remains a developing situation, and both flight and network planning are continuously reviewed, with flydubai operating within approved international air corridors and adjusting frequencies as required,” the airline said in an official statement.
flydubai emphasized that it continues to monitor the situation closely and adjust flight schedules accordingly. The airline’s CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith, stated: “Our agility and preparedness have enabled us to act quickly during challenging times, while adhering to the highest operational standards and always prioritising the safety of our crew and passengers. We are pleased to see our operations resuming and look forward to the return of services to the remaining affected markets soon.”
As airspace restrictions ease across the region, flydubai is committed to reconnecting people and places while maintaining the highest safety standards.
