Dubai has introduced the Sanad Tourist Card, a first-of-its-kind digital smart card designed for tourists of determination. The card promises a range of perks to make exploring the city easier and more enjoyable.

What the Sanad Tourist Card Offers?

Tourists holding the card can enjoy:

• Free rides on the Dubai Metro, buses, and trams

• Free entry or discounts at top attractions such as Dubai Parks and Dubai Frame

• Half-price taxi fares and special parking permits

• Exclusive discounts at malls, restaurants, pharmacies, and telecom providers

How to Apply for the Sanad Tourist Card?

The card can be applied for in advance if you’ve visited Dubai before, or after arrival via the Dubai Now app, a free all-in-one government services platform.

You’ll need UAE PASS, the national digital identity for residents and visitors, to complete the application. After filling in your details and uploading the required documents, the digital card will be issued within 24 hours, accessible both in the app and via email.

• A valid passport to create a UAE PASS account

• A medical report or official disability card from your home country

• A passport-sized photo

Card Validity?

The Sanad Tourist Card is valid for two months from the date of activation. You may need to show your digital card to unlock its benefits during your visit.
