Dubai Fountain to Temporarily Close for Major Renovation

The iconic Dubai Fountain, one of the UAE’s most beloved attractions, is set to take a short break.

Its final show before a major renovation will take place on April 19, entertaining hundreds of tourists one last time before the transformation begins.

This five-month refurbishment project will enhance the fountain’s choreography, lighting, and sound systems, aiming to deliver an even more stunning experience when it returns.

As part of the upgrade, abra rides on the fountain will also be temporarily suspended.

Located right next to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain has long been a symbol of the city’s innovation and grandeur.

Its water, music, and light performances have drawn millions of visitors from around the world.

It will be back soon!

Dubai Mall has confirmed that the fountain is expected to be fully operational again by October 2025.
