The project is the result of a major partnership between Abu Dhabi’s Bold Technologies, part of Bold Holding, and Italian AI firm My Aion Inc. It’s being developed under a $2.5 billion Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model and is designed to boost job creation, support UAE talent, and strengthen the national AI ecosystem.
