Parkin Company PJSC will now operate parking services at several public parks in Dubai following a new agreement with Dubai Municipality. The collaboration aims to enhance the efficiency, quality, and smart integration of parking services across key recreational locations in the city.

Smarter Parking Solutions Across Public Spaces.

The agreement outlines a shared vision between Parkin and Dubai Municipality to streamline permit procedures, establish regulatory standards, and enable seamless data exchange. The goal is to optimise public service delivery and support Dubai’s move towards a smarter, more sustainable urban environment.

Future-Ready Parking Infrastructure.

Beyond daily operations, the partnership also opens the door for investment in advanced infrastructure, including the development of multi-storey parking facilities. Plans include introducing smart access and payment systems, managing parking during major events, and even exploring ways to utilise private plots as public parking zones.

Major Parks Included in the Agreement!

The agreement covers several of Dubai’s most popular parks, including:

• Za’abeel Park

• Mushrif National Park

• Al Mamzar Beach Park

• Al Khor Park

• Al Safa Park

Together, these five parks attracted over 6.69 million visitors in the past year.

Supporting Dubai’s Smart Mobility Vision.

Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality, stated that the MoU aligns with the city’s goals for smart, integrated infrastructure. Parkin’s CEO, Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, added that the move supports the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan by enhancing urban mobility through advanced parking solutions.
